I have commented before on how Dr Michael Green should not be working in the City because of the role he played in the Sefton(SER) fraud which included launching a dirty tricks campaign against the heroic investigative journalists Mr Daniel Levi and er…me. A couple of months ago he published a note on Bluebird Merchant (BMV) with a price target which, though I am a very supportive shareholder especially after today’s RNS, I said at the time was quite utterly bonkers. It still is. Today he opines on Ascent Energy (AST) and his research makes that on Bluebird seem sober and considered.

Oh dear. Oh dear. With the disgraced and widely reviled dirty tricks specialist Tim Thompson running its PR Frontera (FRR) was always going to play fast and loose with the rules of the AIM casino as it tried to ramp its shares ahead of yet another bailout placing. Today it announces a MOU which is really nothing of the sort and exposes this promote for the crock of shit that it is. Even the dullards on the LSE Asylum must now start to realise that they have been had.
Frontera had announced that it was having “discussions with industry majors.” Encouraged by the silky words of the paid ramper, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood, toxic Tim Thompson and others the LSE Asylum dwellers speculated about big farm in deals with BP and others. Pinsent Masons was at the heart of the dirty tricks campaign Sefton Resources (SER) waged against myself and Brokerman Dan Levi as we exposed wholesale lying and fraud. Floated on the AIM Casino at 60p in November 2013, shares in Rightster (RSTR) now trade at 13p-17p but worse is to come as last week’s trading statement DIDN’T make clear.
I have attempted to discuss this with the company but it refers all enquiries to its £5,000-£10,000 pcm PR agency Newgate Threadneedle where the main man is Tim Thompson, the guy we got sacked from his last gig when we exposed the dirty tricks he played on behalf of Range Resources on dissident shareholders. Disgraced Timothy refused to return three phone calls on Thursday as did his colleagues. Well that is £5,000-£10,000 of shareholders cash well spent is it not?

You may well remember the dirty tricks camoaign that Sefton Resources (SER) under Jimmyliar Ellerton waged against myself and Dan Levi when we exposed his lies and fraud. One smear was to plant a suggestion/lie with a "friendly journalist" - or scab as I would call her - in the Daily Telegraph suggesting that Dan was short of the stock. Now it seems as if New Sefton is waging the same campaign against me.

And so the Mrs and I trouped back to where we used to live to vote. Had she played a Labour dirty trick and not registered me or not? We walked into the polling station and I was told that I was not on the electoral roll but neither was she. Aha the Labour dirty trick backfires!
Er no…
We were at the wrong polling station. And so off we trouped in the rain to another Church Hall and there we found that we were both eligible to vote. We grabbed our voting papers and like a salmon swimming back its home waters the Mrs put her tribal cross for the labour party without hesitation.
I dithered as I pondered the wide selection of parties of the right. Conservative, Official fruitcake (UKIP), Unofficial fruitcake (UK Independence in Europe) two crackpot fascist groupings etc. In the end as I said I would do I held my nose and voted Tory. As a lifelong West Ham supporter I cannot side with a winning team.
And then off to the old boozer we used to frequent for a bottle of plonk, a tasty burger and a fiercely fought contest of Trivial Pursuit. Modesty prevents me from recording who – as usual – emerged victorious in that battle but it was the player who selected the blue pie not the pinkish red one.

But today I ask if the odours from its lavish Cheapside offices are not of expensive perfumes worn by glamorous PR birds, but from the stench of a dirty tricks campaign against those investors seeking management change at AIM Cesspit listed Range Resources (RRL)? There is no suggestion that Range itself is aware of this. So....

In what appears to be a company inspired campaign I see that the Bulletin Boards are suggesting that the pizza man (i.e. me) has run out of cash and that I am thus about to cave into Sefton and concede in the libel case. Jeepers. Since the posters involved have historically had a direct line to Sefton IR fuckwit Doctor Michael gopher Green, I assume the worst. With Sefton that has historically been a fair assumption to make.
For the avoidance of doubt. I have not run out of cash. As it happens, my employer (RMPC) booked revenues of just under £15,000 yesterday – the best day in its history. As such that part is total bollocks.
And when it comes to the case, Sefton has called just one witness and cannot at this stage call others. That witness was Jim Ellerton who is now a disgraced proven liar and a crook. The AIM team have said that he is not fit to sit on a PLC board. Wheels are turning in Colorado to ensure that he is charged with perjury (a 5 year stretch) for his 2008 deposition. His own lawyers say that he is thoroughly discredited and the Sefton case is in tatters. It IS running out of cash.
It is Sefton’s advisers that are reaching out to me (and Dan Levi) to agree a settlement which will involve SEFTON paying our costs. But the RNS issued by Sefton on 24 February 2013 about myself and Dan was clearly defamatory, malicious and untrue. The only question now is what damages we will obtain from Sefton to deal with that matter. And those discussions are underway as are discussions on the nature of the apology TO US FROM SEFTON.
I hope that is clear. Even to the gopher who is in enough trouble as it is and should put a cork in it as further aggravation will only make myself and Mr Levi more aggressive in our claims for damages.
